This is one of my favorite pieces; I’ve made many over the years. All of the critical fitting dimensions were taken from my Windsor design, but the overall form is totally modern. This chair is in curly maple, but I have also made them in walnut and California acacia (like koa).
Sometimes I will make the back supports out of a contrasting wood like ebony. 25”x38”x45” — $6200
